Fourth amendment The right of all earth born creatures to breathe air uncontaminated by industry and without the use of artificial air filtration machines shall not be infringed upon by any person, alien, or legal entity.

Third amendment All industry, agriculture, ranching, farming, and animal rearing, being necessary for a human’s life experience, has the obligation to produce environmentally responsible foods and products that will neither impose, destroy, or deteriorate earth’s environment in its production, nor impose or cause health issues in the flesh of either its users, consumers, or any of God’s creatures on earth.
