Shipping & Returns

Everything we sell — book, apparel, hats, bags — is made on-demand and shipped from our print partners. There's no warehouse, no inventory, no remainder. Here's what to expect.

Production & shipping times

• Books — 7-14 business days from order to delivery within the U.S. Printed and shipped by IngramSpark or Lulu.
• Apparel (hoodies, tees, polos, rashguards) — 5-10 business days from order to delivery within the U.S. Printed and shipped by Printful.
• Hats & bags — 5-10 business days within the U.S.
• Digital items — delivered instantly to your account on successful payment.

These windows include production. The actual shipping leg is usually 2-5 business days inside the U.S. via the carrier the print partner selects (USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground).

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery typically adds 5-15 business days on top of the production window depending on the destination and customs. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees charged by your country.

Shipping costs

U.S. orders ship free. International rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight.

Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking email with the carrier and tracking number. You can also see status on your account page if you have one.

Returns & refunds

Because every item is made on-demand, we can't restock returns of unworn-but-unwanted merchandise. We will replace or refund:

• Items that arrive damaged in transit.
• Items with a print defect (misprint, alignment, wrong size).
• Items that don't match what was ordered.
• Books with binding or printing defects.

Email us at support@h2onu.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll usually approve and reprint within 2 business days. You won't need to ship the defective item back unless we specifically ask.

Size exchanges

Apparel uses standard unisex print-on-demand sizing. If you ordered the wrong size, email us within 14 days and we'll work with you on a discounted replacement at our print cost. We can't offer free size exchanges on print-on-demand merch.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong, we'll reach out and you'll be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost or delayed shipments

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first — most packages turn up within 48 hours. If a package is genuinely lost in transit we'll file a claim with the carrier and reprint at no charge.
