The United States of America’s Federal Government, created for the common protection and welfare of the collective common interests of its citizens, not for its own self-perpetuity, shall not infringe or impose upon its citizens any law, rule, or regulation or grant itself or any other institution of agriculture or industry or form of government oversight committee any rights, whatsoever, over the food supply or any citizens right to grow crops.
