About the book

What is H2ONU?

H2ONU is a 752-page novel by Ray Culver — a love story wrapped inside a thriller wrapped inside a warning. Premium hardcover, full color, every page illustrated.

Is it part of a series?

H2ONU stands alone. There may be more in this world later. We'll announce on the newsletter when the time comes.

Will there be an ebook?

Not at launch. The book is designed as a physical artifact — every page's layout, color, and illustration matters. An ebook wouldn't carry that. We may revisit later.

Is there an audiobook?

Not at launch. We'll evaluate after the first print run.

Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We don't currently accept PayPal or cryptocurrency.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Email us within 2 hours of placing the order at support@h2onu.com. After that the order has likely entered production and can't be changed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. You may owe customs duties or import tax depending on your country.

Shipping & delivery

How long does it take?

Books: 7-14 business days within the U.S. Apparel and hats: 5-10 business days. International orders typically add 5-15 days. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking email once it ships. If you have an account, you can also check the status from your account page.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email support@h2onu.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

Apparel & merch

What's the sizing like?

Apparel uses standard unisex print-on-demand sizing (Bella+Canvas, Gildan, AS Colour blanks). We'll publish a detailed size chart on the product pages as we add measurements.

Are returns accepted?

Because items are made on-demand, we can't restock unworn returns of correctly-fulfilled items. We replace anything defective or damaged. Details on the Shipping & Returns page.

What's the deal with the puzzles / arrival pages?

That's part of the larger H2ONU experience — a layer of the story you can engage with online if you want, ignore if you don't. The book stands on its own.
