p.45
We valued science more than our reverence for God. We worshipped vanity more than our reverence for His earth—that He allows us to destroy. Somewhere in our history, we allowed there to be an “our God” and “their God.” Somewhere, we began making excuses for the injustices we commit—to our planet, to the animals, to each other. …And there were angels fluttering about the skies when he came to his senses. Thirsty for more of the experience, he closed his eyes again and waited for more of the visions—these déjà vus, these premonitions—to reemerge in his consciousness and manifest into his state of awareness.
